MEN was recently featured in a major White House document entitled “A New Era of Partnerships: Report of Recommendations to the President.” The Advisory Council on Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnerships was personally created by President Obama in 2009 to “strengthen partnerships between the Government and community-serving organizations” and to “identify best practices and successful modes of delivering social services.” more. . .
