Donations
Because NonviolenceWorks (NVW) is volunteer-based, every dollar you donate is highly leveraged and largely goes to directly helping a youngster. We served 794 kids in the 2010-2011 year, and we're planning to top 1,000 this year. Whether you make a small donation to the operating budget, fund a mentee for a year for $500, or perhaps fund an entire program, we are enormously grateful as we expand our programs and work towards a nonviolent, high-functioning community. NVW is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, and your donation may be tax-deductible. Your donation, whether by mail or online, will be acknowledged in writing for your tax accounting. You will also be recognized on this website and in our newsletter. Donation categories appear on the 2004-2011 Donors page. In appreciation for their extraordinary support, Patron, Trustee and Legacy donors will receive an engraved plaque to display at home. Trustee and Legacy donors will receive permanent recognition in our website, as well as being listed on the ‚ "Trustee" and "Legacy" plaques at The NVW Main Facility. |
